Payment and refund policies are specific to the company or club hosting the event:

Hotel Reservations:

A credit card is required to hold your reservation.
All reservations will be guaranteed by advance payment of a deposit to be processed at the time of booking. This deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable to the remaining balance. Your balance plus tax will be paid at the hotel.
Individuals will be responsible for providing a method of payment for all charges upon check-in.
Pricing quoted does not include applicable hotel taxes and fees
All reservations made through Travel First will be guaranteed for late arrival.
To cancel a current reservation, please log in to your Travel First account and edit.
Failure to cancel your reservation or check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in a no show penalty equivalent to the full reservation amount. This penalty will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Player Travel Fees:

When Player Travel Fees are available, they are required to be purchased by all players traveling to that event.
Once the Player Travel Fee is paid, it is nonrefundable without the written permission of the program director.
