Payment and refund policies 

  • A credit card is required to hold your reservation.
  • All reservations will be guaranteed by advance payment of a deposit to be processed at the time of booking. This deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable to the remaining balance. Your balance plus tax will be paid at the hotel.
  • Individuals will be responsible for providing a method of payment for all charges upon check-in.
  • Pricing quoted does not include applicable hotel taxes and fees
  • All reservations made through Travel First will be guaranteed for late arrival.
  • To cancel a current reservation, please log in to your Travel First account and edit.
  • Failure to cancel your reservation or check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in a no show penalty equivalent to the full reservation amount.  This penalty will be automatically charged to the card on file.
